The Del Norte Rod and Gun Club is a non profit organization established in 1949.

The club objective is the encouragement and promotion of safe shooting sports. We also promote many fish and wildlife conservation projects and activities.
Trap and Skeet - Shotguns Only
(must be California compliant)
The club is located just 1.5 miles east of Highway 101 at Smith River California at 1000 Rowdy Creek Road.
The club is open
Sundays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or until the last shooter leaves.
Starting Wednesday April 13th
Wednesdays 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. or until the last shooter leaves.
If you have a group of 6 or more shooters we will open the club for you. Please call 707-464-5580
Member rate is $5 for 25 targets and non-member rate is $7 for 25 targets.
If you shoot at the club more then four times per year, the Family membership will save you money.
Del Norte Rod and Gun Club is a club that is open to the general public. You do not have to be a member to use the facilities. There are no pistol or rifle facilities currently at our club, shotguns only.
All visitors must check-in at the club house.
All visitors must sign a liability release waiver and go through a quick safety check.

ALL shotguns must be empty with the Breech or Action open and visible to all while you carry it or have it in the racks.
If you are new to Shotguns you can make an appointment with one of our members to help teach you the procedures of Safe Trap or Skeet shooting. Please stop by the club on Sundays to arrange your appointment.
The Club has a limited selection of loaner shotguns if you do not own one.
California compliant shotguns only. If your weapon is non-compliant you will be asked to remove the weapon from the property.
Alcohol is not allowed at any times on the property.
Come out for a Sizzlin' time in Albany. Oregon Classic Doubles will be held on Friday. Plenty of RV spaces and lot's of good food and fun.
RV Parking available, Oregon Classic Doubles event. Pot Luck dinner on Saturday after the shoot offs, bring a side dish, fried chicken willt be provided.
We want to encourage all of our members to participate in these events if you can. Many of the members at these club events come to all of our events to help support our shooting sports. It really helps our sport and 2nd amendment rights.
